The SwitchINFORM SwitchINAR series offering two Streams of knowledge guiding the transition to Efficacious Leadership.

Stream A focuses on SELF development. It provides a deeper understanding of the behavioural shift required from a Leading SELF perspective. Lead others efficaciously, begins with a deeper ability to lead yourself.

There are 3 SwitchINARS in the Series, each with a theme and specific capability focus:

1. Moving from being Dependent to becoming Self-directed;
2. Shifting from being Uncompromising to becoming Understanding;
3. Changing from being Avoidant to becoming Accountable;

Each of these themes highlights how we manage ourselves and the behaviours we can choose to adopt or ignore in our transition towards becoming an Efficacious Leader.

Stream B focuses on interaction with OTHERS. It provides a deeper understanding of the behavioural shift required from a Leading OTHERS perspective.

There are 3 SwitchINARS in the Series, each with a specific theme and capability focus:

1. Moving from being Reactive to becoming Responsive;
2. Shifting from being Inflexible to becoming Receptive;
3. Changing from being Controlling to becoming Empowering;

Each of these themes expands on changes in how we manage our interpersonal relationships, the behaviours we can choose to adopt or ignore in our transition towards becoming an Efficacious Leader.

These two SwitchINFORM Series are grounded in the social, mental and emotional domains we all rely on to manage our behaviours effectively. Each theme draws on a primary domain and a secondary domain that we can draw upon to support our transition to Efficacious Leadership.
