Switch360

Senior Leadership Transformation

It’s not WHAT you do as a leader but HOW you do it that matters most.

Efficacious leadership begins with an effective leadership insight tool that prompts awareness and reflection regarding how personality and behaviour influence leadership effectiveness.

The Switch360 process utilises an empirically grounded leadership 360 – the LMAP 360 –as the catalyst.

LMAP

LMAP is an acronym for Leader Multi-Rater Assessment of Personality. It has been used in a wide range of leadership development programs around the world, including Yale School of Management, Harvard Business School, Disney, Temesak Holdings, Cornell College of Engineering, and PPG internationally, as well as MGSM, AIM Business School, Baby Bunting, Cedar Woods and the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse in Australia.

The behavioural traits revealed through the LMAP360 process are aligned with the Switch Efficacious Leadership model. It provides a deep level of insight for leaders and acts as a catalyst to help leaders move from being passive, dependent, and reactive to being active, agentic and responsive, with the confidence, agency and clearly attainable goals on how they’re going to become Efficacious Leaders. Each participant receives both an LMAP 360 report and an Efficacious Leadership Transition report.

Richard specialises in working with Senior Leadership teams to help them become not just Efficacious Leaders but Efficacious Teams.
